Program Enrollment: Send a letter of inquiry (email is fine!) to the Earth Spirit Foundation specifying the course you have selected. We will then send you an application and information about participation. Complete the application and with your deposit return it to us. Upon acceptance you will be sent the necessary medical and liability forms, directions, and travel suggestions. Tuition The Earth Spirit Foundation's goal is to keep our courses affordable to a wide range of people. We are trying to make a limited number of partial scholarships available for the near future. Please be aware that we are sustained only through your active participation and there are considerable costs in providing programs to the public. This is why a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required with enrollment to insure your place in the program. Full payment is due 7 days before the program unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Upon receipt of your deposit or payment you will be sent specific information about preparation and participation. Standard Cancellation Policy Refunds - Refunds are available (less a $40 processing fee) if you cancel within 14 days of the program. For example, if the program starts on a Friday you have until two Fridays before the program to cancel and receive a refund. Credit -Nonrefundable credit toward a future Earth Spirit Foundation program (less a $40 processing fee) is available if you give notice between 7 and 1 day(s) before an event. Credit may be applied to any Earth Spirit Foundation program for one year following date of issue. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the day of the program; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. The Earth Spirit Foundation reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. Risk and Liability You must sign a medical and liability form. We can assume no responsibility for the behavior of students. We do not condone the use of alcohol or any drug which impairs physical performance, alters consciousness, or deadens full alertness. The possible effect of prescription drugs on full participation must be discussed with a personal physician. Meals Many of our programs include fasting from food. However, we love to eat (!) and some of our programs will include delicious meals. All meals included will be very light and we try as hard as possible to make them fully organic. Upon acceptance to your program you will receive detailed information about how and if meals will be handled. Accommodations Many of our programs include at least one night out under the stars. For the other nights we always try to keep the cost to a minimum. Upon acceptance to your program you will receive detailed information about when and what sleeping accommodations need to be arranged. Programs at the Earth Spirit home base in Sedona offer limited camping and a wide range of hotel choices for all budgets. Sedona, and this whole region of the country, is very special. You may like to plan to spend some extra days in the area and we will be happy to help steer you in the right direction. Just ask!
